First, make a copy of this waitlist template. If you don’t have a Paradigm account, you’ll be prompted to create one.

Edit the spreadsheet so the columns match the fields in your form. Input fields are matched to column names via an AI agent, which will place data correctly even when the column names aren’t an exact match. Also, feel free to add additional columns for enrichment and modify column prompts for more specific results.

Next, select the three dots next to the title of your spreadsheet and click “Connect webhook.”  Navigate to “Input webhook” and click “Copy URL.” This URL allows your spreadsheet to receive data from other sources. Make sure to add the token to the webhook request for maximum security.

Find the section for webhooks in your waitlist form tool and paste your webhook URL there. Our waitlist is stored in Supabase, so we set up a webhook using their built-in Database Webhooks integration that monitors for new form submissions and sends the information to Paradigm.

Once connected, each form submission will load directly into columns in your spreadsheet, and Paradigm will automatically enrich additional columns like their LinkedIn profile, job title, and industry. Try filling out and submitting your form to make sure the data loads into Paradigm.

Navigate back to the webhooks page and select "Output webhook." From here, you can send enriched waitlist profiles to another endpoint. Customize the information you want to send by adjusting the column mappings.

With an output webhook, we can send a notification to Slack every time someone fills out the waitlist form. We connected this output webhook to a Zapier workflow that receives JSON payloads via webhook and sends a message to Slack as output. 

Now, whenever someone signs up for your waitlist, Paradigm will enrich their information and send it directly to your Slack.

In order for Paradigm to receive new Google Calendar events, you'll need to either use the Google Calendar API or connect through a third-party service like Zapier. We created a simple Zapier workflow that checks for new Google Calendar events, then sends a JSON payload with the event title, attendees, and event description to the Paradigm webhook URL. Just connect your Google account and paste your input webhook URL in the designated field.

Once connected, each new Google Calendar event will load directly into columns in your spreadsheet, and Paradigm will automatically scrape information about the client and prepare a pre-meeting brief for you. Scroll to the leftmost column and click “Open” on any of the cells to see a comprehensive view of each person you’re meeting with. Take meeting notes using the doc at the bottom of the page.

Paradigm makes it easy to send personalized emails to your sales leads. Select all the email addresses you want to contact and click "Email selected addresses." Draft follow-up emails with custom variables, or create a new column and ask Paradigm to generate unique email content for each lead.

Take a look at your Ashby form. Copy the questions asked to potential candidates as the title of your columns. This will populate the information from your Ashby accurately into your Paradigm sheet. Input fields are matched to column names via an AI agent, which will place data correctly even when the column names aren’t an exact match. 

Columns that aren’t matched to a field in the form will be automatically enriched by Paradigm.

Next, select the three dots next to the title of your spreadsheet and click “Connect webhook.” Navigate to “Input webhook” and click “Copy URL.” This URL allows your spreadsheet to receive data from other sources.

In your Ashby dashboard, select “Admin” in the navigation bar and search for webhooks. Webhooks are only available to those with the elevated or organization access plan.

Press “New” to create a new webhook, select “Application submitted” as the webhook type, and paste the request URL from Paradigm.

Now, Ashby form submissions will load directly into Paradigm. Create columns to track your recruiting progress, using the “Select” column type to tag the status of a candidate. Use Paradigm’s email feature to mass draft and send emails to potential candidates.

Navigate to Zapier’s Luma integration page and press “Integrate for free” to set up a Luma workflow. You must have a Luma Premium account to access Luma workflows. Sign into your Luma account and select the event you are interested in tracking.

In Zapier, set up your webhook block. Select “POST” as the action event and paste the webhook URL into the designated field.

Go to the Lead Priority column and type your criteria for determining the priority of a lead. After enriching, you’ll have a clear indicator of which leads meet your criteria. 

Finally, scroll to the leftmost column and click “Open” on any of the cells to see a comprehensive view of each lead.
