HOW CONNECTORS WORK

Tell Paradigm what you want to find out about your accounts. Agents use your connected tools to gather the information needed for the task.

Connect the tools you work in

Choose your tools and authorize access. Select the files or pages you want to make available where supported.

Tell Paradigm what you need

Ask for an account brief, a researched prospect list, or a renewal review. Paradigm agents bring relevant information from your connected tools into the work.

Which tools does Paradigm connect to?

Paradigm connects to CRM tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Affinity, DealCloud, and Zoho CRM, alongside tools such as Google Drive, Notion, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Granola. Explore the connector catalog above to see the supported tools and what each connection can do.

Can Paradigm combine information from multiple tools in one task?

Yes. Paradigm agents can use multiple connected tools in the same task. For example, an account brief can bring together Salesforce opportunity history, Outlook conversations, and Granola meeting notes so you can review the deal context and outstanding commitments together.

Can Paradigm update CRM records and send emails?

Yes. Supported connectors let Paradigm create or update CRM records, draft and send emails, and post messages. Available actions depend on the connector and the permissions granted to the connected account. Other connectors, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Granola, provide read-only access.

How do I control what Paradigm can access?

Access depends on the account you connect and the permissions authorized for that connection. Some document connections also provide source-selection controls—for example, choosing which Google Drive files and folders to bring into Paradigm. The available controls differ by connector.

How do I connect a tool to Paradigm?

Open Connectors in Paradigm, choose a tool, and follow its connection steps. Depending on the tool, you’ll sign in and authorize access or provide the required connection details. Some document connections also let you select the sources to bring into Paradigm.
